Can I change my order?
It may be possible to change your order if you email or phone us within 24 hours of placing the order. If we have already dispatched it, then it won’t be possible.
You can track your order in the “My Account” section of the website. Click on “My Orders” to view the status of an order. If it says “Processing” then we are still packing your order. If the status says “Sent” then you should receive your order very soon.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to process all Retail orders within 2 days of them being placed. If there is going to be a significant delay with your order, we will always email you to let you know. Retail orders are then sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post and can take between 1-4 days to arrive.
Help! My order hasn’t arrived?
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of placing it, then please get in touch. You can email us info@extremelargeness.com or telephone +44 (0) 161 839 0588. Our office is open from 10am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 10am – 4pm on Fridays.
I’ve just received my order and an item is broken/faulty. What do I do?
In the unlikely event you receive a broken/faulty item, you must let us know within 3 days of receiving it. You can do this by telephone or email. We will ask you to post the item back within 7 days and once we have received it, we will send you a replacement and refund any postage costs.
I have received my order but I don’t like it. What can I do?
We hope that you will be very happy when you receive your order, but if for some reason you aren’t, you have the option to return the item and we will exchange it for something else. This option is available for 7 days after you receive the item. You must contact us within that 7 day period to let us know that you are returning the item. You are responsible for any postage costs.
